The Hansen Tree Farm is located 2 miles west of the town of Branscomb in Mendocino County. The land consists of 427 acres of prime Redwood and Fir timberland. It borders on a large tract of BLM land that is managed by the Nature Conservancy in consjunction with their Angelo Heath Preserve on the South Fork of the Eel River. The land is under an Non Industrial Timber Management plan and has an estimated 4 million board feet of Redwood and Fir timber on the land. (estimate by Owner) The property is bordered by Rock Creek a freely flowing mountain stream and has numerous private building sites. The area is blessed with many natural springs.
